Product Issues:
- If you encounter any issues or defects with the integration or services provided, we will work to resolve them. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized software solutions, once delivered and approved by the client, are non-refundable.
- Any services rendered beyond the initial 14-day refund period are non-refundable.
