How billing works
Sozuri charges the plan: KES 6,500 a month for the platform.
Meta charges your WhatsApp Business account for each message it delivers, at Meta’s own rates (below). You never buy message credits from Sozuri, and Sozuri adds nothing to Meta’s price.
Create your account at automation.sozuri.net and open Subscriptions. Already on a plan? Choose Upgrade Plan. If your plan ever lapses, WhatsApp sending pauses until you renew; nothing is deleted.

What Meta charges
Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account directly, in US dollars, to the card on that account. The rate depends on the kind of message and the country of the person receiving it. These are what Meta charged for Kenyan numbers in September 2026; Kenya is in Meta’s Rest of Africa price group.

From 1 October 2026 Meta charges your replies inside the 24-hour customer service window at the same rate as utility messages, and utility templates sent inside that window are charged too.
A message that is not delivered is not charged, and messages customers send you are never charged. Meta changes its rates from time to time: see Meta’s current rates.

Before you subscribe
- Do I buy message credits from Sozuri?
- No. Meta bills your WhatsApp Business account for messages; Sozuri charges only the plan.
- Can I keep my number if I am with AiSensy or another provider?
- Yes. Ask them to release it, or migrate it to your own Meta Business: it keeps its name, quality rating and badge. We can help: call 0722 117 850.
- What happens if my plan lapses?
- WhatsApp sending pauses, including campaigns that are running, until you renew. Your conversations, contacts and campaign results stay.
